Sale and delivery
Suggestions and advice from our staff, as well as data and examples in our publications, are provided without warranty. They reflect current knowledge and relate to normal cases as they frequently occur in practice.
It is the responsibility of planners and contractors to take all regulations appropriately into account and, where necessary, to arrange regular checks during construction.
Invoicing is based on the list price valid on the day of delivery. VAT is not included in the prices. Price changes and surcharges remain reserved at all times, including on merchandise (raw material and energy developments).
Material prices (full pallets) are ex works, collected from the manufacturing plant.
Transport prices are free construction site in Central Switzerland:
The heavy vehicle charge (LSVA) is included in the transport prices. Errors and changes excepted.
Surcharges
We accept no liability for delivery delays due to shortages of goods, disrupted raw material or energy supply, strikes or force majeure.
Transports and dates depend on the availability of our vehicle fleet and on the order in which call-offs are received.
CE certificate no. 2116-CPR-M187-1 confirms the factory production control. The stated brick weights are average values. The number of units per pallet may change and is non-binding.
All declarations of performance are available under Certification.
Bricks are delivered on Euro/World pallets, which are invoiced at CHF 24.– per pallet and credited at CHF 17.– per pallet when returned in perfect condition. A pallet return slip must be requested in every case.
Euro/World pallets supplied by us are taken back during deliveries of goods in the region. A collection of empty Euro/World pallets requested at short notice, without a prior brick delivery, is invoiced separately.
Our bricks are delivered on shrink-wrapped pallets. Shrink film is only taken back by our drivers in the original recycling bags. Price: CHF 70.– per roll.
Plastic returns: we only take back clean and bundled plastic.
The unavoidable colour variations and dimensional differences resulting from firing remain reserved (see also SIA standard 266/1).
Only products of our own manufacture in perfect condition and in their original packaging are taken back. For full pallets, a deduction of CHF 60.– per pallet is charged.
Any quality complaints or transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
30 days net. After 30 days, default interest is charged at the customary market current account interest rate. Unjustified cash discount deductions are recharged.
The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of the supplier.
